I’m a warm-hearted empathic integrative counsellor. I work with adults and young people weaving in a blend of counselling theories and methods to best suit my client’s needs.

Counselling with Adults
I am a qualified counsellor and member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) which means I work ethically using their framework.
I offer a safe space for you to come and talk through your concerns in a non-judgemental way. We will explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so you can develop a better understanding of yourself and of others. I believe you have the answers in yourself, it is just guidance from me which supports you to find your own answers and make sense of your world.
Counselling with Young People
I have experience of working with young people and did some of my counsellor training with Place2Be charity in a local school. Young people need a safe space to express their thoughts and feelings but talking therapy can be daunting for some. That’s why I use creative ways to engage with the young person. Their sessions are interactive and hopefully interesting to help build a therapeutic relationship, so the young person feels safe and comfortable.

Emerald Therapy Services is a private counselling centre based in the heart of Chester. I went into partnership with Emma (a fellow counsellor)and we wanted to bring comfortable and affordable rooms for adults and young people to access counselling.
Adults and young people can find us on Watergate Street in Chester City Centre. We work in collaboration with the rest of the team at the centre to bring you a wealth of skills, knowledge, and experience. We work with you to suit your needs and support you in the best way possible.
